Established in 2006, Flying Dog Corporation Pty Ltd (FDC) specialises in the marketing and distribution of exciting Australian, International and local fashion and fashion accessory brands. FDC's team work closely with suppliers and retailers to facilitate relationships that maximise sales potential at all levels and to achieve long-term growth. Reputable, professional and creditable, FDC provides clients with the means to fashion a broad and tailored base for exposure.

With close ties to a range of independent retailers and department stores, FDC's network provides thorough national Australian and New Zealand coverage. Frequently Asked Questions

I bought one of your products from one of your retailers, can I return it through this website?

Unfortunately not, we are happy that you have bought one of our products, but all of our retail stores operate independently. You will need to return it or contact the store that you purchased it from.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

No. We currently do not offer gift wrapping.

Can I order over the phone?

Unfortunately we do not take retail orders over the phone.

Do you have gift certificates?

Yes, you are able to purchase a gift certificate in our on-line store.

What are my payment options?

Credit card, direct deposit or paypal.

We do not accept personal cheques or money orders.

Do you custom make hats?

In order to keep pricing affordable, we do not custom make hats. Some of our hats can be tailored if sizing is an issue. Please contact your local tailor with your request.

Can I buy wholesale to embroider my own image/logo onto the hat?

Please email your request to us with all details and one of our customer service team will contact you to discuss in further detail.

Sizing

Hat Sizing:

To ensure that you purchase the correct size hat, we suggest that you determin your hat size:

To determine your hat size we suggest that you use a flexible tape measure.

To measure the circumference of your head place the tape approximately 5mm above your ears, across the mid-forehead completely circle your head. Make sure that the tape lies midway on you occipital bone (the little bump in the middle of the back of your head). Be sure to hold the tape firmly but not too tight. The idea is to try and measure exactly where your hat will be worn. When you determing this measurement, purchase as per the chart below.

Please note that this chart is a guide only and may vary due to the style or fabric weight of a hat. Some hats are meant to sit slouchy and are produced to do so even if they seem a little too big. Please ensure that you tuck these styles down at the back to create the look that was intended. Another suggestion that if this occurs, we suggest that you purchase some double-sided foam tape and position in the inside of the band (between the hat fabric and the band) so that it does not affect your comfort when worn.

Consitution Hat Sizing:

Ladies:

- One Size: Ladies: Approximately 57cm diameter

Currently we only offer ladies styles in one size. Please contact us with any sizing or cut queries

Mens:

- S/M = Small to Medium: Approximately 58cm diameter

- M/L = Medium to Large: Approximately 60cm diameter

Kids:

- One size: Kids: Approximately 54cm diameter

to suit 4-8 years (this may vary due to your child's head circumference)

Order Status

How do I change or cancel my on-line order?

Please call customer service on (+617) 5631 1020 within 2 hours of order placement. Customer service representatives are available Mon-Fri 9.00am to 5.00pm AEST.

When can I expect my order?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of cleared payment being received.

It is your responsibility of the customer to inform us of any special delivery instructions or change of address upon order placement. If orders are to be re-directed additional charges may apply.

Returns

Returns/Exchange Policy

I received a damaged item..

Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery/receipt of merchandise.

A return authorisation form must be obtained before returning the merchandise. We will replace damaged items with new items of the same style, size and colour. Please contact Customer Service on (+617) 5631 1020 to obtain an exchange authorisation form - Mon-Fri 9.00am to 5.00pm AEST. Return shipping is free for defective items.

Do you I return or exchange an item?

Products may only be returned for exchange for incorrect sizing or defects in manufacture.

Please contact customer service on (+617) 5621 1020 to obtain an exchange authorisation form within 2 days of order receipt.

Only items returned in original mint condition with all original tags will be accepted anf for replacement only.

Freight charges will apply for size exchanges.

We cannot process exchanges for items that were not purchased on www.flyingdogcorp.com.au\
