How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. For metro areas in Eastern Australian States please allow 2-3 working days and up to an additional 3 working days for all areas outside this. We also offer express service options at an additional cost which is a much quicker service.
What currency do I pay in?
As we are based in Australia, all charges are converted in Australian dollars at checkout.
What are the shipping costs?
Please refer to our individual products for further information. Some products offer free postage, but generally postage is charged at checkout, with the option to upgrade to a faster service for an additional cost.
Are there any "hidden costs"?
All amounts shown include shipping and taxes at checkout. For international orders, any additional duties or taxes are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
I bought one of your products from one of your retailers, can I return it through this website?
Unfortunately not, we are happy that you have bought one of our products, but all of our retail stores operate independently. You will need to return it or contact the store that you purchased it from.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
No. We currently do not offer gift wrapping.
Can I order over the phone?
Unfortunately we do not take retail orders over the phone.
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, you are able to purchase a gift certificate in our on-line store.
What are my payment options?
Credit card (Visa & Mastercard only), direct deposit or paypal.
We do not accept personal cheques or money orders.
